Niko is a postdoctoral researcher in NWA DARTBAC consortium.
He is developing sustainable biomaterials for bone tissue engineering and for prevention of antimicrobial-resistant infections.
Niko obtained his PhD in 2023 from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft). He has established a research on the Extrusion-based additive manufacturing of biodegradable porous iron (Fe) alloys and composites for bone substitution.
Niko was part of the 3DMed Interreg2Seas project.
He has a MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering from TU Delft, and BSc degree in Engineering Physics from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia.
